Understanding and Using Your Strengths to Build Successful Business Relationships – Action Request, Deadline December 31, 2015

Understanding and working toward your strengths is a must for every entrepreneur. I have an optional new opportunity that will help you assess and measure your strengths as well as compare them to your team members and the Accountant’s Accelerator community as a whole.

You may have heard of the book StrengthsFinder. At its core is a profile that assesses individual strengths. One of my friends has taken the Strengths Finder profile and developed a reporting structure and training program (and a whole business that serves Fortune 500 clients) around how to use your strengths in your work as well as how to best motivate your team members using their strengths. You could even do this with your clients so that you know how best to work together.

I thought it would be fun to offer you each the chance to get tested and to compare our results as a group. The test comes with an individual report that discusses your strengths.

As a group, we would listen to a 75-minute webinar that would share how to interpret your individual profile and how to approach each day thinking about your strengths. This is a great relationship builder and conversation starter that can help you serve your clients on a deeper level as well as promote a caring team culture.

Because this is not part of the regular program there is a $75 per person fee – I am passing on my direct costs here — for those who want to have a bit of fun and get to know themselves better. Although this will initially only be offered to Accelerators, I would also like to offer it to any of your employees, contractors, vendors, clients, friends or family members that you wish to invite. I’m getting my employees tested, too!

The deadline for this offer is December 31, 2015, and the group webinar will be held in early January (and it will be recorded). And no, we have no plans to offer this again.
